After last weekend's 4-1 victory against Oliveirense Benfica B travel to SC Covilhã, a team that deserves maximum respect according to manager Hélder Cristóvão.

"SC Covilhã are a great team at home, specially with the characteristics of their narrow pitch which they are accustomed to. They are an aggressive team and take advantage of set pieces, and of course there will be extra motivation on their side as they will be playing Benfica."

"We will have to work hard to bring points back to Lisbon."

The team has suffered from recent transfers that saw key players being loaned out to top division clubs, and the likes of Guedes being promoted to the senior squad. However Hélder is satisfied with the current evolution of the players at his disposal.

"I am happy with the work ethic and evolution of the new players, they are very motivated."

Benfica B sit 5th in the league table with 44 points.

Kick-off is this afternoon at 15:00 local time.
