Benfica have been called as the guest opposition to face FC United in their commemorative 10 year anniversary on May 29th 2015.

The Manchester based club will welcome the B team at Broadhurst Park which is expected to be fully completed before the match, which will have a capacity of over 4,000.

“FC United of Manchester is delighted to be playing Benfica as one of the first games in our new ground at Broadhurst Park in Moston, north Manchester,” Andy Walsh, Club general manager

FC United of Manchester played hosts to Benfica's UEFA Youth League game against Manchester City last season, and this relationship has been kept alive as confirmed by Benfica's academy general Armando Jorge Carneiro.

FC United were formed in 2005 and currently play in the Northern Premier League Premier Division
